I am Dr. Eshwar Kapur, a sports medicine physician who specializes in the health and wellness of runners, based on my experience as a competitive Division 1 collegiate runner combined with 30+ years of injury-free running. This website will will provide you with a systematic way to help get the most out of your running. My colleagues and I emphasize a simple approach based in common sense, with the ultimate goal of health and wellness regardless of whether you run for competition, general fitness, weight loss, empowerment, or life balance.
